　　上海欣安信息技术有限公司组建于1994年6月，1999年9月按公司法改制为有限责任公司，职工约130人，注册资金150万人民币。公司自成立以来，以稳健务实的经营作风，竭诚为上海贝尔-阿尔卡特集团提供精良细致的全方位服务，并应用信息技术，努力开拓相关业务。六年来，公司依靠严格的管理制度、注重时效的作业流程、富有凝聚力的企业文化，使企业经营状况蒸蒸日上，盈利能力稳步攀升，营业收入逐年提高，2000年全年销售收入较创业初期增长30倍，达3400万元人民币。
　　目前公司的主营业务有：企业各类制品的设计、印刷、数码打印及装帧、包装材料的供应。公司拥有梦金塔G4苹果设计系统、HP8550彩色激光打印机、Signature光盘打印机、海德宝四色对开机、39A全自动无线胶装机、6550-95EC裁纸机、Xeikoncsp320D数码印刷机、2000MM瓦楞纸箱生产线、周转箱生产线、库尔特等生产EPS和EPP的设备等生产设备和一支能提供美工创意、排版编辑、设备维修的精干的专业技术人员队伍。

With the registered capital of 1.5 million RMB,85% of it stock is currently held by Shanghai Fu Xin Invest and Develop Co.,Ltd.. Ever since the establishment of Shanghai Shine, in the spirit of solidity and practicality, it provides SBELL with superior and omnidirectional services. It also set foot in the field of information technology, and tried every effort to promote related business. Upon the six years, according to strict management, effective work flow and also cohesive enterprise culture, Shanghai Shine has been enormously flourishing in its operation status, with stable surplus increase and improvement in business takings. In 2000, the distribution volume reached over 34 million RMB, which is 30 times greater than that of early days.
　　The main business of our company aredesign, traditional printing, digital printing and binding for all kinds of enterprisesdocuments as well as package materials supply. We have Mac Apple G4 design system, HP8550 color laser printer, Signature CD printer, Heidelberger 4 color printer, Great 39A binding machine, Ideal 6550 electric cutting machine, Xeikon csp 320D digital printer, production lines for 2000mm corrugated fiberboard and turnover case manufacture, Kurt machine for EPS and EPP production. We also have keen-witted and capable professional technicians who can offer art creative-design, composing & editor, OA facilities maintenance.
